The fine print, kept short.
The deal for using CAD-Flow while it's in beta: what you can do with the library, what you can't, and what stays yours.
Last updated 17 July 2026
1. The service
CAD-Flow is a plugin for AutoCAD and AutoCAD Architecture (2021–2026, Windows) that gives you a searchable cloud library of drafting-ready 2D blocks and 3D assets, placed directly into your drawing. By creating an account or using the plugin, you agree to these terms.
2. Your beta licence
While the beta runs, we grant you a free, personal, non-transferable licence to install and use CAD-Flow to draw. It's yours to evaluate and rely on — but because this is beta software, we may update, change, or occasionally interrupt the service, and we may end the beta with reasonable notice.
3. Your account and key
You're responsible for keeping your licence key and account credentials secure. A licence is for one user or seat — don't share your key across a team. Tell us promptly at hello@cad-flow.com if you think your account has been compromised.
4. Using the assets
You may place blocks and 3D assets from the library into your own drawings, models and project deliverables, and share those deliverables with your clients — that's the whole point. What you may not do:
- Extract, export or redistribute the library itself, in whole or in part, as a standalone collection of assets.
- Resell or sublicense the assets as a competing block library or marketplace.
- Use CAD-Flow to build or train a rival asset library or service.
In short: the assets are for your drawings, not for rebuilding the library somewhere else.
5. Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer or tamper with the plugin, don't try to break or overload the service, and don't use it to do anything unlawful. Your use of AutoCAD remains governed by Autodesk's own terms — CAD-Flow is an independent plugin and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Autodesk.
6. What stays ours
The CAD-Flow software, the library as a curated collection, and the CAD-Flow name and marks remain our property. Your drawings and projects remain yours — nothing here gives us a claim over your work.
7. No warranty
CAD-Flow is provided "as is" during the beta, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to get scale, layers and geometry right, but you're responsible for checking that a placed asset is correct for your project before you rely on it.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using — or being unable to use — the beta. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't legally be limited.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using CAD-Flow and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or when the beta itself ends. On termination, your licence to use the plugin stops; assets already placed in drawings you've delivered are unaffected.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the product moves toward general release. The "last updated" date reflects the current version, and we'll flag material changes to beta users before they take effect.
